Tribhuvan University Central Department of Education (Nepal), Kathmandu University School of Education (Nepal),  and Oslo Metropolitan University (Norway) are organizing a 3-day international conference in Kathmandu from 19 to 21 September 2019. The conference focuses on three broad areas of ICT integration in education: access, quality and equity. Access covers the use of various ICT tools to offer educational programs to those students who wish to pursue higher education by distance. Quality deals with ensuring increased interaction, meaningful feedback and effective assessment techniques while equity deals with participation, voice, and representation of learners from different sociocultural backgrounds, with different identities and epistemologies. Scholars, researchers, students, and teacher educators from all over the world come together to discuss practices, issues and challenges related to the integration of ICTs in education.
